| 摘 要： | 在研制成功常温固化接头专用胶的基础上，探讨了采用这种胶作为接头粘接材料的输送带接头新方法。分别用此方法和橡胶热硫化法、氯丁胶冷粘法对棉帆布带、聚酯布带进行了接头的对比试验，结果表明该方法具有接头强度高、接头设备相对简单的优点，可以替代橡胶热硫化法和氯丁胶冷粘法。

| Abstract: | A moderate temperature setting adhesive is successfully developed and a new conveyor belt jointing method based on the adhesive is introduced. This method is compared with vulcanization hot - setting and chloroprene cold - setting adhesive ones by joint tests. The results show that the new jointing method has advantages of better jointing strength and in- no- need clumsy special device. |
