挤压膨化对豆渣加工特性影响的研究

摘    要:以豆渣为原料,采用双螺杆膨化机进行膨化,对挤压膨化豆渣的加工特性进行研究。结果表明,豆渣经挤压膨化后,膨胀力、黏度、耐酸性、持泡性、休止角和滑角提高,持水力、持油力下降。改善了豆渣的加工特性。

Abstract:Using Soybean Residue as material and twin-screw extruder,the processing characteristics of extrusion soybean residue was studied.Results indicated that after extrusion,the bulging force,viscosity,acid resistant,foam stability,angle of repose and angle of slip were enhanced;water-holding capacity and oil-holding capacity were decreased.The processing characteristics were improved.
