蒸汽锅炉汽包进水管孔裂纹分析与处理

摘    要:针对某电厂35t/h循环流化床锅炉内部检验时发现汽包进水管孔裂纹问题,从裂纹产生的机理进行分析,为生产单位的锅炉汽包进水管孔裂纹提出详细的检修方案,消除了汽包进水管孔裂纹对锅炉安全运行的威胁,取得了良好的经济效益;同时,为锅炉设计人员提供了锅炉生产运行中的第一手资料,从而在锅炉设计中采取有效措施,在设计环节中尽可能减小温差应力对汽包进水管孔的影响,以确保锅炉的安全、经济运行.

Abstract:In view of a power plant, 35t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler steam drum internal inspection found that cracks pore water problems resulting from the propagation analysis of the mechanism for the production of the boiler drum water pore detailed crack maintenance programs, the elimination of the drum of the boiler water pore crack the safe operation of the threat, and achieved good economic results; At the same time, for the boiler design provided in the operation of the boiler production first-hand information in order to take effective boiler design measures designed to minimize the process of thermal stress on the effects of pore water drum to ensure that the boiler safety, economic operation.
