裹包机中的曲柄-摇杆机构优化设计

摘    要:针对裹包机中常用的曲柄-摇杆机构,在已有研究基础上,运用牛顿-辛普森迭代方法,得到了曲柄摇杆机构角位移随时间变化以及角速度与角加速度随时间变化的曲线;最后,通过角加速度-时间分析得到了该曲柄-摇杆机构的最优结构尺寸。

Abstract:The crank-rocker mechanism of packaging machine was studied using Newton-Raphson iteration algorithm based on former research.The changing curves of angular displacement,angular velocity,and angular acceleration with time were obtained.The optimized dimension of the crank-rocker mechanism was obtained through analysis of angular acceleration with time.
