电渣重熔用预熔渣的开发和应用

摘    要:预熔渣是电渣重熔生产高质量和高端合金材料的必要造渣原料..实验研究了新渣料和预熔渣在湿 度90%大气下存放的增重率;新渣料中石灰含量对渣料吸潮性能的影响;新渣料和预熔渣对重熔过程钢中氢含量 的影响。应用结果表明,用电熔法制成预熔渣进行电渣重熔,吨钢电耗降低100 -200 kWh,钢锭成材率提高3%以 上,电渣锭无损探伤合格率大幅提高,显著降低钢中氢含量和改善钢锭表面质量。
