摘 要: | 石灰石一石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)运行中,由于锅炉煤质差投油助燃、电除尘除尘效率低等原因,造成吸收塔浆液失效(中毒).通过添加浓度为32%的NaOH和Ca (OH)2,在短时间内脱硫效率迅速上升到95%以上,有效解决了浆液失效情况下不排浆置换、不开旁路挡板的难题,大量节约浆液并保证脱硫系统的投用率.

Abstract: | In process of running limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurizing system,poor steam coal,cast oil for combustion,and low electric precipitation efficiency cause the absorption tower slurry failure or poisoning.By adding a concentration of 32% NaOH and Ca(OH)2,the desulfurization efficiency increased rapidly to 95% or more in a short time,the study solves effectively problems of discharging without slurry draining and unopen the bypass damper under the condition of slurry failure,save a large number of slurr... |
