摘    要:以安钢150 t转炉炼钢数据为计算依据,进行了物料平衡和热平衡计算,并建立了计算模型。方案优化后,对其物料及热平衡进行了多次循环测算,从而得到合理的炉料结构配比,热平衡钢水物理热和炉渣物理热约占总热量支出的75%,废钢物理热支出占总热量支出的6%~7%,当废钢比为7%~10%时,钢铁料消耗降低了5.9 kg/t_纲,约节省生产成本26.14元/t_钢。
