摘    要:介绍了生产大规格超高功率石墨电极用主要原材料针状焦及沥青的理化指标及其相关特点,就如何设定合理的粒度配方及压型工序的混捏温度、压嘴温区、挤压压力等主要工艺参数进行了探讨,同时还分析了影响糊料及生坯制品质量的主要因素。

Abstract:The physical and chemical properties and associated characteristics of needle coke and pitch, main raw materials used in the production of large - sized ultra - high power graphite electrodes were described, and how to set main process parameters were explored, such as reasonable particle size formula, kneading temperature in molding, temperature range of extruder's nipple, extrusion pressure and the like, and main factors that influenced the quality of paste and green stock were analyzed.
