摘    要:针对冰箱过滤器面板模内装饰(IMD)塑件,采用正交实验法和综合评分分析方法,对IMD塑件进行注射工艺优化分析,并对浇口和冷却系统优化。通过Ansys软件热分析模块分析型芯、型腔温差,使用Moldflow软件分析IMD塑件的翘曲变形,以型芯、型腔温差和翘曲变形量作为IMD塑件质量目标,采用L9(34)的正交实验表,优化IMD塑件工艺参数,结果表明模具温度和保压压力是影响IMD塑件翘曲变形的主要因素,通过对浇注和冷却系统优化使得IMD塑件质量得到较大的提高。

Optimized Analysis of Refrigerator Filter Panel In-Mold Decoration Process in Injection Molding
Abstract:Aim at refrigerator filter panel IMD product,optimized analysis of IMD product in injection molding process was executed by orthogonal experiment method and integration grade analysis method, gate and cooling system were also optimized.Difference in temperature between up mold and down mold and IMD product' s warpage distortion were analyzed by heat analysis module of Ansys software and Moldflow software, difference in temperature between up mold and down mold and warpage distortion quantity were used as the IMD product' s quality aim,with L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment array,IMD product's process parameters were optimized. The results show that molding temperature and holding pressure were the principal factors affecting the IMD product' s warpage distortion.IMD product' s quality was enhanced greatly by molding and cooling system optimization.
