摘    要:针对带内侧凸体的塑件介绍了一种内抽芯机构,又分析了该塑料件结构和工艺特点,定模侧脱模力大,设计了定模推件板脱模的机构,从而形成双脱模机构。介绍了这些机构的组成及其工作过程,分析了模具设计要点。实践证明,该模具结构可靠,采用三板模大批量自动生产,对同类型塑件模具有一定的借鉴作用。

Design of Three Plate Injection Mold for Plastic Part with Internal Concave and with Double Mold Mechanism
Abstract:An injection mold with new core-pulling mechanism was developed for a plastic component with internal concave, Also analysis on the structure and technological characteristic of the plastic with highs pecific pressure, mold plate mechanism was designed that double mold mechanism .The structure and working process of the mechanism were analyzed,and the key points in designing the mold. The application shows that the mold is reliable in structure and can make large quantities of production automatically when applying three plate injection mold, The mechanism of the injection mold was also discussed.
