An injection mold with new core-pulling mechanism was developed for a plastic component with internal concave, Also analysis on the structure and technological characteristic of the plastic with highs pecific pressure, mold plate mechanism was designed that double mold mechanism .The structure and working process of the mechanism were analyzed,and the key points in designing the mold. The application shows that the mold is reliable in structure and can make large quantities of production automatically when applying three plate injection mold, The mechanism of the injection mold was also discussed.
