| Abstract: | In combination with the characteristics of mold manufacturing companies, this paper studied the application of project progress management in mold manufacturing. Starting from the definition, characteristics, and development of projects, project management, and project progress management, this paper present the methods, current status, and future trends in project progress management. Further analyses of current status, model, and problems in the management of mold manufacturing industry were also explored. |
