Ni-P-Cr2O3化学复合镀层耐磨性的研究

摘    要:研究了热处理对Ni-P-Cr2O3化学复合镀层组织结构、硬度及耐磨性的影响,并与Ni-P镀层作了对比。结果表明,镀层的摩损规律与硬度变化规律不同,采用正确的热处理工艺,可使镀层的硬度及耐磨性显著改善。

Abstract:A research is made on the effects of heat treatment on the structure, hardness and wear resistance of Ni P Cr 2O 3 electroless plating, which are compared with Ni P coating It proves that the regularity of wear resistance of coating differs from the regularity of changes in hardness, and that the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are remarkably improved with the employment of proper technology of heat treatment
