| Abstract: | The paper introduces characteristics about the production management in the vestee enterprises. Based on volume flexibility theory, it discusses main measures of enhancing volume flexibility, builds the production planning model to minimize the cost in production, stock and flexibility, shows the concrete steps to solute this model with genetic algorithm. |
