摘    要:本文以体积最小为目标函数,取蝶形片的外径、内径、片数、内锥自由高度、厚度为设计变量,对矿井提升机盘式制动器中使用的碟形弹簧进行了优化设计,获得了最优化结果。

Abstract:In designing Belleville springs of disk brake on the mine winder the author of the pa-per took the ouside diameter,inside diameter,number flatS,coned height,material thicknessof Belleville springs as a group of design variable,trying to obtain thc most minor volumeof Belleville springs.Thus the optimum result had been attained.
