磺化聚芳醚酮酮催化合成富马酸二甲酯

摘    要:以交联的聚芳醚酮酮和发烟硫酸 (含 SO3 2 0 % )合成了磺化聚芳醚酮酮树脂 ,并用于催化富马酸和甲醇的酯化反应。最佳条件为 :富马酸 1 1 .6 g、甲醇 4 0 m L、催化剂 3.0 g,反应温度 85~ 95℃ ,反应时间 5 h,酯化率达 89.3%。催化剂易回收且可重复使用

Abstract:The sulfonated polyaryletherketoneketone(S PEKK) was synthesized from cross linked polyaryletherketoneketone with 20% fuming sulfuric acid, and then it was used as catalyst in esterification of fumaric acid and methyl alcohol. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: fumaric acid 11.6 g, methyl alcohol 40 mL, S PEKK 3.0 g, reaction temperature 8595 ℃, reaction time 5 h. The esterification yields reached 89.3% and the catalyst could be recovered easily and be reusable.
