摘    要:文章对20Ni2Mo抽油杆钢在不同浓度及温度下的H2S腐蚀行为进行了研究,并进行了表面腐蚀形貌和扫描电镜分析,为油田选材和防腐实践提供理论依据.结果表明,温度和H2S浓度对20Ni2Mo钢的腐蚀具有交互作用,相同温度条件下H2S浓度增加了20Ni2Mo钢的腐蚀速率,而在同样的H2S浓度下,20Ni2Mo钢的腐蚀速率随温度的增加而增加.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the corrosion of sucker rod steel ZONi2Mo in different concentration or temperature of H2 S. It analyzes the appearance of corrosive surface scanned by electronic scan microscrope and provides theoretic basis for anti-corrosion and material-selecting on the oil fields. The result turns out that there is interactive to 20Ni2Mo between H2S concentration and HzS temperature, i. e. , with the increase of H2S concentration under same temperature or with the increase of H2S temperature under same concentration, the corrosion rate of 20Ni2Mo goes faster.
