摘 要: | 以w(NaOH)=10%的水溶液为反应介质,Ru/C为催化剂,4 (反 4′ 正丙基环己基)苯甲酸(3HPA)进行加氢反应合成了4 (反 4′ 正丙基环己基)环己基甲酸(3HHA)。研究了工艺条件对3HPA转化率的影响,得出最佳合成反应条件是:m(Ru/C)∶m(3HPA)=5∶100;反应温度105℃;反应压力5MPa,3HPA的转化率接近100 0%。

Abstract: | 4-(trans-4′-n-Propylcyclohexyl)cyclohexylcarboxylic acid was prepared by hydrogenation of 4-(trans- 4′- n-propylcyclohexyl)benzoic acid(3HPA) in 10% NaOH solution over Ru/C catalysts.The optimum technological conditions were m(Ru/C)∶m(3HPA)=5∶100,reaction temperature 105 ℃ and reaction pressure 5 MPa.The conversion of 3HPA was 100.0%. |
