| Abstract: | The relation bet-ween the tool flank wear of high-speed steel end milling cutter and the milling force is studied by experimental methods,and the mathematical model of the relation between characterized tool flank wear and milling force is established. Moreover,a monitoring algorithm of milling cutter wear based on milling force is put forward. |
