| 摘 要： | 当代世界应用最广泛也最有效的生产管理方法主要有两大类：准时生产ＪＩＴ和制造资源计划ＭＲＰⅡ，近年来，最优生产技术ＯＰＴ也逐渐被人们接受并发展起来，本文分析了以上先进生产管理方法在我国的应用情况，并对如何提高我国企业引进先进生产管理方法的效果进行了探讨，提出了意见。

| Abstract: | The most widely used and most effective production management methods in the world nowadays fall mainly into two categories,namely JIT (Just-In-Time) and MRP I (Manu-facturing Resource Planning). However,OPT (Optimized Production Technology) is grad-ually being accepted by people and is developing in recent years. Application of the above mentioned advanced production management methods in China is analyzed in this paper, and a discussion and comments are made on how to improve the effectiveness in introducing advanced production management methods from abroad for China's enterprises. |
