摘    要:采用湿式氧化法处理偶氮染料活性红2BF,考察了反应温度、反应时间、氧分压、KBrO3投加量以及pH等因素对降解效果的影响.结果表明,染料质量浓度为400 mg/L时,在温度为160℃、氧分压为0.8 MPa、n(KBrO3)∶n(活性红2BF)=0.5∶1、pH 4、反应时间为6 h的最佳条件下,活性红2BF由红色变为无色,TOC去除率为52%.

Abstract:Azo dye Reactive Red 2BF was degraded using method of wet air oxidation,the impact of which including temperature,reaction time,oxygen partial pressure,KBrO3 dosage and pH value was investigated.When temperature 160 ℃,oxygen partial pressure 0.8 MPa,pH 4,n(KBrO3)∶n(Reactive Red 2BF)=0.5∶1 was used for degradation,the red color of 2BF(400 mg/L) was degraded to colorless after reaction for 6 h,and the TOC removal rate was 52%.
