反烧结Si3N4复合陶热力学分析

摘    要:以TiSi2-SiC—N2体系反应制备Si3N4-TiN—SiC复相陶瓷材料进行理论分析和理论计算,通过对TiSi2-SiC—N2体系的DSC试验和XRD检测来研究TiSi2与N2的反应温度区间。结果表明:TiSi2和N2在2000K以下在热力学上可以发生反应,而TiSi2不分解;DSC结果发现在1105℃以上TiSi2与N2开始反应。

Thermodynamics Analysis of Si3N4 Based Ceramics Fabricated by Reaction Sintering

Abstract:The analysis and the calculation about the theory of Si3 N4--TiN--SiC ceramics fabricated by TiSi2- SIC--N2 reaction sintering were studied; the reaction temperature about TiSi2 -SiC-N2 was detected using DSC and XRD method. It is found from the reaction thermodynamics that TiSi2 and N2 can react under 2000K, but TiSi2 can't decompose. The reaction temperature between TiSi2 and N2 was above 1105℃ detected using DSC.
