| 摘 要： | Si3N4基陶瓷在各行各业中有着广泛的应用，是重要的无机陶瓷材料。本文简述了Si3N4基陶瓷反应烧结工艺，综述了Si3N4基陶瓷的反应烧结制备工艺的影响因素，评述反应烧结Si3N4基陶瓷存在的问题，并对Si3N4基陶瓷的反应烧结发展方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Si3N4 based ceramics was a very important ceramics used in various industry. In the paper, the fabrication technique of Si3N4- SiC ceramic by reaction sintering was reviewed; the influence factors of Si3N4-SiC ceramic by reaction sintering technique were summed; the weaknesses of reaction sintering technique were summarized; moreover, the fabrication technique was viewed. |
