粘土可塑性与结合性调控对电瓷质量影响的研究

摘    要:粘土原料是电瓷绝缘子的基础,它的性能波动将直接带来电瓷产品的质量波动。本文主要研究了粘土原料的可塑性与结合性的波动情况,以及由于其波动所导致的电瓷坯料的性能波动情况。为了控制粘土的可塑性及结合性波动所带来的影响。提出了相应的解决措施,可采用单独调控粘土或校正坯料性能的方式应对。

Abstract:Clay raw materials is the basis of electrical porcelain insulators, its performance fluctuation will directly bring the quality fluctuation of electric porcelain products. This paper mainly studies the clay raw material plasticity and combination fluctuation and its fluctuation cause the fluctuation of the performance of electrical porcelain blank. In order to control the influence of clay plasticity and combination fluctuation, puts forward the corresponding solutions. We can deal with the influence by controlling clay or correcting the performance of the blank.
