铝合金铸件针孔问题的分析及解决

摘    要:介绍和分析了高压开关用大型法兰铝合金铸件针孔缺陷产生的原因和影响因素,依据分析结果,在采用二次精炼、延长氩气旋转喷吹除气时间、缩短铸件凝固时间等方面采取有效的控制措施,解决了此类铝合金铸件的针孔问题。

Abstract:Introduce and analyzed the reason and mechanism of high-voltage switch to use the large flange of aluminum alloy castings pinhole blemish produces and impact factor etc. , according to the analysis result, is adopting two refinements and prolong argon gas to revolve to spray to blow in addition to annoying time and shorten castings solidification time's etc. to adopt effective control measure, solved the pinhole problem of his kind of aluminum alloy castings.
