氧化锌催化膨胀型阻燃剂对PP阻燃及力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了氧化锌催化膨胀型阻燃剂(APP/PER)对PP阻燃和力学性能的影响。研究表明,当APP/PER质量比为20/10,ZnO的质量分数为1.3%时,阻燃PP的LOI值达到最大;同时阻燃PP的拉伸强度和冲击强度比不含ZnO的PP有所提高。TG结果表明,ZnO的加入使阻燃PP燃烧时降解过程加快并生成更多的剩炭,形成稳定的保护层,从而提高了PP的阻燃效果。SEN的形貌观察表明,加入ZnO的试样燃烧炭膜孔径较小、孔膜较厚。

Abstract:The effect of ZnO catalyzed intumescent flame retardant(IFR)APP/PER on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of PP was studied.The results showed the LOI of PP sample was the maximum when APP/PER mass ratio was 20/10,and the mass fraction of ZnO was 1.3%;the tensile strength and impact strength of the flame retardant PP added with ZnO were higher than those of the PP contained no ZnO.The result from TG showed the addition of ZnO accelerated the thermal oxidation degradation of the flame retardant PP and formed more char residue and steady protective char,improving the flame retardancy of PP.The result from SEM of the combus- tion char showed the char of flame retardant PP samples added with ZnO had minor aperture and thicker aperture wall.
