摘    要:研究了闪锌矿常压酸浸制取硫酸锌的除铁工艺,实验结果表明,闪锌矿酸浸液经过滤,调节溶液pH值为1.5-2.0,控制温度在90℃以上,加入NH4^ 以及少量活性炭,同时通氧气,反应4h,通过生成黄钾铁矾可以初步除去溶液中的铁;过滤分离黄钾铁矾,控制溶液温度为80-85℃,pH值为4,再加双氧水溶液深度氧化除铁,氧化4h,除铁率大于99%,溶液中最终铁离子浓度低于0.01g/L。

Abstract:A technology of iron removal from acid removal from acid leaching liquid of zinc blende has been studied. The acid leaching liquid is filtered andcontrolled in the rage 1.5~2.0. Prelimary iron-removal from the acid leaching liquid can be achieved using the method for producing jarosite under the following conditions: temperatare of above 90 ℃, addition of a few activated carbon and oxygen and reaetion time of 4 hrs. Jarosite is separated by filtration. At 80~85 ℃ and pH=4, further iron-removal can be achieved by adding hydrogen peroxide to the liquid. After reaction for 4 hrs, the iron-removal rate is 99% and the content of iron in the final solntion is below 0.01 g/L.
