硅珠的形成及太阳电池（组件）

将Ｓｉ３Ｎ４与Ｓｉ粒混合，在单晶炉或快速热退火炉中分别集装熔化法或平铺熔化法，制备太阳电池用硅珠，试验了不同工艺条件对硅珠品质的影响，并制作了硅珠太阳电池（组件）。
