大断面巷道联合支护围岩稳定性分析

摘    要:以晋圣亿欣煤业XV1206工作面辅运巷大断面巷道支护设计为背景,通过运用数值模拟和现场实测相结合的方法,对“锚杆+锚索+钢带”联合支护下巷道围岩移近量及破坏情况进行了分析。数值模拟结果表明,当工作面推进80 m后,顶底板围岩移近量稳定在177 mm左右,两帮移近量稳定在129 mm左右;底板破坏严重,与其岩性密切相关,现场应做好水的管控。现场实测顶底板移近量稳定在148.8 mm左右,两帮移近量稳定在134.5 mm左右,与数值模拟结果相近。充分说明“锚杆+锚索+钢带”的联合支护设计对保证XV1206工作面辅运巷围岩稳定性效果显著。

Abstract:Taking the support design of large section roadway of auxiliary transportation roadway in Jinsheng Yixin Coal Industry XV1206 working face as the background.The convergence and damage of surrounding rock of the roadway are analyzed under the combined support of anchor rod+anchor cable+steel belt through numerical simulation and field measurement.The numerical simulation results show that the convergence of roof and floor stabilized at about 177 mm after the working face is advanced by 80 m,and the convergence of the two ribs keeps stable at about 129 mm.The floor damage is closely related to its lithology where onsite water management are badly needed.The onsite measured convergence is 148.8 mm for roof and floor,and 134.5 mm for two ribs respectively which is consistent to the numerical simulation.It fully shows that the combined support design of anchor rod+anchor cable+steel belt has a significant effect on the stability of the surrounding rock.
