黑液强制循环蒸发器的HTRI计算

强制循环蒸发器是制浆黑液碱回收蒸发装置中常见的蒸发器类型,其具有不易结垢的优点,多用于高浓度黑液的蒸发。本文针对江苏某制浆造纸厂技改项目中新增的强制循环蒸发器进行了HTRI的模拟计算,研究了不同流速对黑液强制循环蒸发器传热系数的影响,并根据计算结果,选择了适宜的循环黑液流量,在满足装置工艺要求的前提下,减少装置的运行能耗。

The HTRI calculation of forced circulation evaporator of pulping black liquor

Forced circulation evaporator is a kind of common equipment in alkali recovery plant of pulping black liquor.It is mostly used for evaporation of high concentration black liquor due to the advantage of less fouling.Based on a newly installed forced circulation evaporator during a technical improvement project of a pulp and paper mill in Jiangsu Province,the HTRI simulation calculation is carried out and the influence of different flow rates on the heat transfer coefficient of black liquor forced circulation evaporator is studied.According to the calculation results,the appropriate black liquor flow rate is selected and the operating energy consumption is reduced in the premise of meeting the process requirements of the plant.
