广东电网2008年冰灾调查分析及其防御措施

摘    要:对引起2008年广东粤北地区严重冰灾的极端气象及电网受损设备进行综合分析和调查。根据粤北电网覆冰采样情况、覆冰区域、覆冰厚度、原设计冰厚,分析线路杆塔、地线、绝缘子、金具受损类型、状况及其原因,提出今后广东电网新建和改建线路应注重路径选择、提高设备防范标准,研究有效的防冰、除冰技术手段等建议。

Abstract:The extreme weather that caused the serious ice disaster in northern Guangdong in 2008 and the damaged equipment in power grid are comprehensively investigated. According to the icing sampling, ice coverage area, radial thickness of ice and originally designed ice thickness in northern Guangdong grid, the types, condition and causation of damaged line supports, ground wires, insulators and fittings are analyzed. Some proposals are offered, including paying attention to routing of new and rebuilt lines in Guangdong power grid, improving permission design limit and developing effective deicing means.
