我国乳酸菌饮料产业化现状及发展策略

摘    要:本文首先阐述了乳酸菌饮料概念、分类和保健功能,分析了乳酸菌饮料制作工艺,并结合国内外乳酸菌饮料市场分析、发展情况以及国内乳酸菌饮料市场存在的问题和弊端,提出了我国乳酸菌饮料发展战略。

Abstract:The lactic acid bacteria beverage concepts,classifications and health care functions were described in this paper firstly,then the lactic acid bacteria drink beverage production process was analyzed.After that,the development of lactic acid bacteria beverage strategy of China was proposed combined with domestic and international market analysis and development of lactic acid bacteria beverage as well as the domestic problems and disadvantages of lactic acid bacteria beverage market.
