| 摘 要： | 针对加工中心的加工工艺特点，提出了定位基准的选择，工件的安装原则及工件夹紧的要求，总结了加工中心夹具的设计要点，以保证加工品质，提高生产效率。利用好这些柔性设备就必须设计一个合适的加工中心夹具，以最大限度地发挥加工中心的性能。在实践中摸索和总结了一些加工中心工艺装备设计的经验。

| Abstract: | According to processing characteristics of machining center, this paper proposed the selection standard of positioning basis, assembly principle for the parts and requirements for clamping parts. And then this paper summarizes the design demands of clamping apparatus, in order to ensure the machining quality and enhance the production efficiency. |
