解堵综合配套技术在孤东油田的应用

摘    要:在调查分析孤东油田不同堵塞原因的基础上,总结出了不同的堵塞类型。推广应用了振荡解堵技术、聚合物化学解堵技术、液力割缝解堵技术、脉冲解堵技术等多种解堵技术,来解决各种不同类型的堵塞问题。这些解堵技术现场应用44井次,成功37井次,成功率达84.1%,累积增油20520t,表明这些解堵技术能够有效地解决相应的堵塞问题。

Abstract:This paper investigates many causes of well jam and summarize many types of jams.Obviously,it is impossible to use only one method to these many types of complex jams.Aim to these many causes of well jam,we respectively adopt different measures,such as shaking release technique to vapour-inject well,chemical release technique to deep jam polymer-inject well,water dissever technique to shallow jam to polymer-inject well,pulse release technique to the jam of sand-prevent pipe.These techniques have successfully used in 44 wells and 37 wells and gained 205,20 tons oil.It proclaimed that those release techniques can effectively release all of the different jams.
