脂肪醇在三(3,5-二硝基苯甲酸)纤维素酯固定相上的分离

摘    要:采用以苯甲酸和微晶纤维素等为基本原料通过硝化、酰氯化和催化酯化反应合成三(3,5-二硝基苯甲酸)纤维素酯,并将其负载于GDX103载体上,在其固定相上成功地分离C1-C6脂肪醇,特别是较好地分离丙醇和丁醇的六个异构体。

Abstract:The cellulose tris (3,5\|dinitrobenzoate) was synthesised by nitrification, chloride acylation and catalytic esterification with the basic raw materials of benzoic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, etc. Then, cellulose tris (3,5\|dinitrobenzoate) was supported on GDX 103. The aliphatic alcohols (C\-1-C\-6) were successfully separated on the chromatographic stationary phase of the cellulose tris (3,5\|dinitrobenzoate), in particular, the separation of six isomers of propanol and butanol was achieved.
