| Abstract: | With the rise and development of knowledge economy, knowledge management will become a main domain of enterprise's management. Enterprise knowledge management refers to the whole managerial process which enterprise organizes to achieve, to learn, to share and to innovate for the knowledge. This article focused on discussing the connotation, basic content of enterprise's knowledge management and the method of implementing the knowledge management. |
