| Abstract: | Intermetallic compound MoSi 2 is a kind of excellent high temperatural material with both metallic and ceramic characteristics.This article reviewed the application and development of MoSi 2 for use as the exothermic elements,the thin fimls of very largescale integated circuits,coatings as well as the struetural materials by means of the intrinsic characteristics. |
