基于ANS YS/LS-DYNA的运输容器跌落分析

摘    要:运输容器的跌落是动力学问题,包括几何非线性和材料非线性的行为,仅依靠理论计算直接求解这类问题过于复杂。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA瞬态动力学分析软件,建立了运输容器的有限元模型,对三种典型运动轨迹进行了跌落分析,计算结果按照Tresca屈服准则进行应力评定,结果表明运输容器的结构满足规范要求,同时也验证ANSYS/LS-DYNA在求解跌落问题的可行性。

Abstract:The dropping of shipping container is a dynamic problem ,which includes the behavior of geo-metric and material nonlinearity.Thus,it′s too complicated to be resolved directly used the theoretical calcula-tion.The finite element model of shipping container is built on the transient dynamic software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA,then made dropping analysis on three typical movements.Then,the stress evaluation can carry out ac-cording to Tresca yield criterion.The results demonstrate that the structure of shipping container is satisfied for the requirement,meanwhile,the feasibility of the method to solve dropping problems used the software of AN-SYS/LS-DYNA is verified.
