摘    要:以灵芝子实体为原料,采取溶剂浸提、超声波法和微波法对灵芝子实体中的多糖和三萜进行提取。以提取率为指标,设计正交试验,考察料液比、提取时间和提取温度等因素对各种方法的影响。结果表明,提取多糖的最佳工艺为超声波法提取,其最优组合为料液比1∶20,提取时间30min,提取温度60℃,提取三萜的最佳工艺为微波法提取,其最优组合为料液比1∶15,提取时间20min,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度75%。

Abstract:Fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum was used as test material to extract the polysaccharides and triterpenoids,by water bath extraction,ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction.As extraction rate to review indicators,various factors influencing the extraction rate were studied,such as ration of liquid to solid, temperature,extraction time.Results showed that the optimum technology of extracting polysaccharides was ul-trasonic extraction and the optimal conditions were:the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶20,extraction time 30min,extraction temperature 60℃,the optimum technology of extracting triterpenoids was microwave extrac-tion,the optimal conditions of which were:the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶15,extraction time 20min,extrac-tion temperature 70℃.
