汉英翻译新论

本文在前人研究的基础上，指出了公示语及其汉英翻译研究中存在的问题，重新界定了公示语，并对公示语进行了清楚而又详细的分类，强调了公示语汉英翻译与语境的密切关系。此外，本文作者还提出：零散的实例、传统的研究方法已经远不能满足当前的形势的需要。公示语汉英翻译实践及其研究的深入和完善都呼唤一个更加强有力的工具，这个工具就是公示语汉英平行语料库。

Fresh Studies on Public Words and their Chinese-English Translation

Based on the previous studies,the paper designates various problems in the studies of public words as well as their Chinese-English translation and redefines the term and classifies it explicitly and carefully. Further, the close relationship between Chinese-English translation of public words and their contexts has been explored. In addition,the author argues:fragmental examples and traditional approaches to studies are far enough to meet the current demands. The profound and thorough studies of public words and their Chinese-English translation calls for a more powerful tool,which is a massive Chinese-English Parallel Corpus of Public words.
