摘    要:探讨了注塑工艺中壳类制品发生翘曲变形的原因及相应的解决措施,借助Moldflow软件对复杂壳塑件进行了注塑仿真模拟,分析浇口的位置及数量的变化对制品翘曲变形的影响,从而得到最佳的模具结构设计,解决了该壳注塑过程中出现的翘曲变形问题,并通过生产实际验证了分析结果。

Abstract:The causation and resolving of warpage on the injection molded plastic shell were studied. The effect of location and number of gate on warpage of products were analyzed though simulating the injection molding for the complicated plastic by Moldflow. The optimal location, number of the gate and the structure of injection mold were determined through simulation. The problem of warpage on the complicated plastic parts was effectively solved. In practice plastic parts with high quality were obtained.
