大孔径筛板的性能研究

摘    要:在1200×300毫米的矩形冷模塔内,对大孔径筛板不同孔径、板厚、开孔率和气液负荷等进行了干板压降、湿板压降、雾沫夹带、漏液以及氧解吸单板效率的测定,与浮阀塔板进行了对比,并由测定结果得出了大孔径筛板流体力学的关联式。


Performance of sieve tray with large holes
Abstract:"Dry tray" pressure drop, "wet tray" pressure drop, entrainment, leakage and single tray oxygen desorption efficiency were determined for large holes sieve trays with different hole diameters, plate thichness, percentage of hole area and gas-liquid loads in a 1200×300mm rectangular cold model tower. The results were compared with those of F_1 type valve tray, A correlation equation for large holes sieve tray was derived.
