摘    要:在对8种来源广泛、价格便宜、无毒环保的捕收剂开展选矿试验研究的基础上, 选取其中4种药剂复配出6种药剂, 并对6种药剂每种按8个配方进行铁矿选矿试验研究, 结果表明, 当BD药剂(即RA-715和MZ-21)比例系数为43.5∶56.5~30.5∶69.5时, 铁精矿品位为65.61%~65.89%, 尾矿品位为19.51%~20.25%, 药剂选择性与捕收性均好, 与生产药剂KS-2试验结果基本相当, 表明该药剂可作为生产药剂KS-2的备选药剂。

Abstract:Eight collectors, which are widely available, cheap and nontoxic, were introduced for hematite processing and their flotation performances were evaluated, from which four were chosen to form six kinds of mixtures and eight formulas for each mixture were selected for flotation tests. Results show that, with a ratio of RA-715 and MZ-21 ranging from 43.5∶56.5 to 30.5∶69.5, the Fe grade of iron concentrates and tailings are around 65.61%~65.89%, and 19.51%~20.25%, respectively. The mixture shows excellent selectivity and collecting capacity, which is comparable to the currently-used collector KS-2, indicating that the mixture can be used as a substitute.
