晶闸管弧焊逆变器半桥变换电路的工作状态分析及设计

摘    要:在新建立的电流、电压均为非零初始条件的RLCU型电容放电理论基础上,分析了各种典型运行状态及相应的激磁范围,确定了合理的设计依据状态。通过设计状态下的T形等效电路,解相应的电路方程,得到了有关电磁量的变化规律,提供了进行精确、合理的工程设计的基本公式,为晶闸管弧焊逆变器的发展和提高创造了有利条件。

Abstract:Under the theory foundation built up tecently of RLCU-type capacitor disch-arge with nonzero-current and nonzero-voltage initial condition, every typical operatingstate and its corresponding excited magnetic level are analyzed. In the concrete, reasona-ble design state is determined. By the T-type equivalent circuit in design state, and so-lving its corresponding circuit equations, the varying rules of related electric and inagne-tie variates are gotten, the basie formulas for aeeurate and reasonable engineering designare Provided, and favour condition for developing and iniproving thyristor arc weldinginverter is Produced.
