摘    要:实验中首先设计了不同温度的淬火工艺,得出了9Cr2Mo钢得到最大洛氏硬度下的淬火工艺,同时得出9Cr2Mo钢在水和油中都能淬透;再研究不同回火工艺对9Cr2Mo钢洛氏硬度的影响,得出结果:9Cr2Mo钢的洛氏硬度随回火温度的升高先缓慢下降,当回火温度高于300 ℃时,随着回火温度的升高明显降低.

Abstract:Different quenching processes with different temperature have first been designed in experiment,and the best quenching process of 9Cr2Mo steel has been gotten under the biggest hardness,meanwhile the quenching processes show that 9Cr2Mo steel can be fully quenched after both water and oil quenching.Then effect of different tempering processes on hardness of 9Cr2Mo have been researched and the experiment results show that as the tempering temperature rising,the hardness of 9Cr2Mo first slowly decrease and th...
