| 摘 要： | 介绍了淬火油稀土催冷添加剂的合成与调和工艺,及其对淬火油理化性能、冷却性能和淬火工艺性能的影响,确定在淬火油中添加一定比例的稀土油溶性添加剂可明显改善淬火油冷却性能,并使零件淬火后具有光洁的表面.

| Abstract: | The technological routines
of Re additive on quenching oil, and the effect of Re additive on physicochemical
characteristics, cooling characteristics and processing performance are introduced. The
results show that the cooling characteristics of quenching oil can be improved and a clean
appearance for quenching parts can be acquired by adding Re additive proportionally. |
