| 摘 要： | 对策论是一种重要的社会科学研究方法，在经济、社会、环境等领域有广泛的应用。该文在介绍对策论基本内容的基础上，运用对策论理论分析城市更新中的一些典型问题，进而从对策论求解的角度提出改善措施，最后通过城市更新实例来说明该措施的可操作性。
