微波辐射催化合成己二酸二甲酯的研究

摘    要:研究了利用微波辐射技术,以己二酸和甲醇为原料,在硫酸氢钠催化下反应合成己二酸二甲酯的方法。考察了反应温度、微波辐射时间、催化剂用量及原料配比等对反应产率的影响,并确定优化的操作条件为:反应温度55℃、反应时间20min、醇酸摩尔比6∶1、催化剂用量4.0g,在此条件下己二酸二甲酯产率可达96%以上。

Abstract:Dimethyl adipate was synthesized by the reaction of adipic acid and methanol under the catalysis of sodium bisulfate in microwave irradiation fields.The influences of reaction temperature,microwave irradiation time,the dosage of catalyst,and the ratio of reactants on the yield were studied and the main process parameters were optimized as follows: reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 20min,mole ratio of methanol to adipic acid 6:1,and the dosage of catalyst 4.0g.Under the optimized conditions,the yield of dimethyl adipate can be above 96%.
