摘    要:电弧喷涂是一种重要的热喷涂技术,应用这种技术改变压缩气体的成分进行铝喷涂时,可以获得Al2O3纳米粉体材料.该装置正是为了配合这一试验研究,收集试验中产生的纳米粉体材料而设计的.该装置通过负压抽吸的方法,使产生的纳米粉体吸附在过滤膜上而得到Al2O3纳米粉体材料.通过该装置可以达到试验目的,收集到合格的Al2O3纳米粉体材料.

Abstract:The arc spraying is a kind of important heat spraying technology. The experiment shows that the Al2O3 nanometer powder can be obtained when using it for Al spraying by changing the composition of compressed air. This equipment is designed for collecting the nanometer powder in the experiment. The produced nanometer powder is attached to the fihering film by the method of negative pressure absorption in the equipment, then the Al2O3 nanometer powder material is obtained. By the equipment the purpose of the experiment can be achieved and eligible Al2O3 nanometer powder material can be collected.
