榨季糖浆气浮法中使用新澄清剂的探讨

摘    要:通过室内试验,选出了固体澄清剂C为粗糖浆气浮法价廉而有效的澄清剂,生产上应用的查定结果显示:其脱色率为18.03%,除浊率平均为72.51%,与沿用的澄清剂效果相当。使用澄清剂C,可使澄清剂成本降低约40%。

Abstract:By researching in laboratory a cheap and effect ive solid clarificant C is chosen for syrup floatation clarificaton. The investigation of full scale production shows that this solid clarificant C may remove 18. 03% colour and 72. 51% turbidity of the syrup. Comparing with the original claificant, this new one may decrease the cost about 40%.
