摘    要:提高球磨机制粉效率的关键问题之一是对磨内载煤量的有效测量,这也是制粉系统能否投入自动控制的基本前提。本文分析了球磨机轴振频谱的特性,提出用有效谱识别载煤量的方法,并将它用于球磨机的模糊自寻优控制系统[1-2]。该系统不但能很好地控制球磨机安全运行,而且节约了大量的电耗及操作员生产成本。

Abstract:One important problem to improve the efficiency of ball mill coal pulverization system is to measure the amount of pulverous coal truly. And also,it is the based item to control the pulverous system automatically.In this paper, the characteristic of ball's bearing vibration spectrum is analyzed and a method to identify the material level of bell mill depending on characteristic frequency is presented,it is applied in Fuzzy Self-Optimizing control of the ball mill. The operation result shows that it is quite suitable for the control of ball mill and a large amount of electric energy and produce costs is save.
